Shipping policy

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this time that payment will be charged against your account. You will also receive a confirmation, along with a tracking number, once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing. All orders ship out from Los Angeles. 

We ship via USPS and the estimated ground delivery time within the US is 2-10 business days once shipped, depending on destination. If you have any concerns or haven’t received an email with your order information, please email info@hinakuhawaii.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages: 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. 

If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at info@hinakuhawaii.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 2 days of receiving the order for further assistance.
